People to work with you

With a very experienced and qualified staff, we are able to develop a plan to help you get and keep a job or career.

Since Link Personnel was started in 1994 to meet the needs of the people from the Redland and Bayside areas who wanted to have a job or career,  we have been assisting local people with a disability, injury or illness to get the job they want.

It is a specially designed and efficient service with proven results and is a Quality Assured organisation.

Today Link Personnel is a nationally recognised leader in assisting people with disabilities to get and keep a job. Results show we place more people than the national average.

What we can do for you

Our employment consultants have combined experiences that cover every industry you can think of. They also have training in specialist industries. Link Personnel staff can provide nationally recognised training, as they are accredited trainers and workplace assessors. It is important to find a job that matches your skills and interests so we are able to help you in many ways.

For example we can:

 • organise suitable work experience to help you gain skills and
knowledge about a job (and insurance cover is provided).

 • visit industries, businesses and organisations to see which
   jobs would suit you.

 • organise for you to attend the right courses at tertiary
   education organisations like TAFE.

 • identify the exact training you need if you require some
training to help you get a job.

 • prepare you for work by making you work wise.

 • help you by practising interview techniques, or improve your
knowledge of the job because being prepared for interviews
   is important.

 • organise workplace modifications (eg: special computer
screens, mobility equipment) to meet your needs.

There are many ways to search for a job, including canvassing, newspapers, self-promotion and the Internet and we will show you how to get the most from these. We can advise you on your personal presentation. We also give you on–going support and job training if you need it.

If you think we are able help you, contact Link Personnel to discuss your own needs with one of our employment co-ordinators.
